Welcome to the WAP enabled section of GibbsUSA.net

Widely used in Europe and the United Kingdom is WAP (Wireless Application Protocol)- based on many mobile phones. They use a special language (called WML). We have made some functions available to WAP users (see below) and hope to expand this area over time.

Simply point your phones WAP browser to mobile.gibbsusa.net/default.aspx

To use this area, use your phone's browser and goto www.gibbsusa.net/wap/menu.asp

Main Menu

The main menu provides the links to the News section, the feedback and the email.

Select the function that you want and 'go' to the page.

Our News

You can now view our latest news on your phone. From the main menu (see above) select 'Our News'. You will be presented with a screen similar to below. This is a select list of dates that news is available.

Use your phone to select the date that you wish to view.

Finally, click the 'View News' option to send the data to our server.

You are presented with the news annoucement for the selected day
(use the 'Back to dates' option to take you back to the select screen).

Feedback

We always welcome your feedback on our site and the functionality so we have provided
a means of sending us feedback.

Enter your email address and the feedback text in the boxes provided

When complete, use the 'Send Feedback' option. You should be presented with the following screen if the message was sent.

Quick Email

A function that I always needed in the UK was free email from my mobile phone. We are GIVING IT TO YOU!!!
Select the 'Quick Email' option from the main menu...

Enter your email address, the 'to' email address, a subject and the main text of the email in the boxes provided

When complete, use the 'Send Email' option. You should be presented with the following screen if the message was sent.

Note: The use of the email functionality is monitored.
Any abuse (or mass mailings) will cause this option to be removed
from the site. Please be considerate of others!
