GibbsUSA.net smilie: confused MS ActiveSync is missing a way of keeping files on the storage card of Pocket PC devices in sync...and yet Microsoft provide a free utility for keeping such files synchronized for digital cameras etc called SyncToy (available here).

This Powertoy relies on the fact that camera etc devices "mount" their drives on your PC...and ActiveSync does NOT allow that (you have to use the built in Explorer in ActiveSync)...until now...GibbsUSA.net smilie: smile

WM5Storage is a really clever tool that is installed on the Pocket PC (WM5 only)...when it is running, it disables ActiveSync and allows your PC to mount the storage card as a "removable drive".

Now I can play my music etc on the PC without copying files or using a portable card reader! GibbsUSA.net smilie: coolguy

GibbsUSA.net smilie: grin This is the longest I have gone with a single Pocket PC phone and still play with it every day!

It has everything that I want in a Pocket PC (memory, expandability) and has the smaller size that makes it a more credible phone. GibbsUSA.net smilie: coolguy
