2/28/2009 10:24 AM: VERY happy!!!

GibbsUSA.net smilie: confused Unbelievably, I actually missed the simplicity of the Blackberry for the first few days- but after I managed to get my Xperia working to my liking, those feelings are WELL gone!

GibbsUSA.net smilie: confused There was one feature that I could not do without- notification of new email even when it is filed by Exchange rules in sub-folders. For this, I found a great application called Watchflag. Watchflag allows you to set up "rules" similar to Outlook regarding notifications...it is working GREAT (with the exception of the LED notification which I can understand with the Xperia having such "funky" lights). Another essential piece of software is the button mapping application X1BC. The Xperia has a lacking array of buttons that can be configured (due to the built in Panel and OK buttons). This software is fully configurable and I love it! GibbsUSA.net smilie: coolguy

The new phone has also spurred me on to upgrade my Exchange Server to 2007 (HTML email, search etc) and this has resulted in me purchasing a new 64 bit computer to start the process. Can't wait for it to arrive (even the better half is looking forward to it)! GibbsUSA.net smilie: spin
